The source photo has to be edited manually in order to adjust the contrast, brightness, remove unnecessary background, and add text to it.               The output file of the picture is send to a computer controlled engraving machine.                           The Engraving machine has a tiny drill with a diamond head. With precise positioning, the drill crafts tiny points on the metal surface. The intensity of the points controls the light and dark color of the image.
